Anna Marie’s Slow Cooked Ribs

Fall off the bone ribs are one of the easiest things to pull off. Trust me. They’re a no brainer. Cooking them low and slow inside their own little aluminum packets are the secrets to success.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • pork spare ribs

  • meat tenderizer

  • black pepper

  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

  2. Rinse off, pat dry, and divide the ribs.

  3. Sprinkle meat tenderizer (like you would salt) and pepper on the ribs.

  4. Place 2-3 ribs on aluminum foil (roughly 13” long) and roll up packets on each side

  5. Place all the packets in a single layer of a casserole dish, cookie sheet, etc.

  6. Bake at 250 degrees for 3.5 - 4 hours.

You can watch me make them in my Instagram story highlight here.
